Our mission is to inspire young girls by creating an environment that fosters teamwork, confidence, and leadership development.

We are a competitive softball program serving girls ages 5 to 18 from Cedar Rapids, Marion, and surrounding communities. Offering both spring and fall seasons, along with tournament opportunities, we provide athletes with a well-rounded and challenging softball experience.

Since our founding in 2010, Lions Youth Softball has grown into a thriving organization, developing over 100 teams and supporting hundreds of athletes as they grow both on and off the field. Our program emphasizes not only athletic skill development but also personal growth, sportsmanship, and lasting friendships.

Over the years, our teams have had the opportunity to travel and compete throughout the Midwest, including tournaments in Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois—broadening players’ experiences and strengthening team bonds.

We believe that a love for the game starts early, and we are proud to play a role in shaping that passion. At Lions Youth Softball, we are committed to nurturing individual talent while building strong, cohesive teams—preparing our athletes for success in softball and in life.
